The role
We’re hiring a Founding Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of revenue end-to-end: run initial sales calls, deliver compelling demos, guide trials, and stay close to customers post-sale to drive adoption and expansion.
This is not a “demo-only” SE role. You’ll help move opportunities forward by combining deep wireless credibility with strong commercial instincts, and you’ll build repeatable playbooks as we scale.
Location: On-site in New York
Experience: 10–15 years in wireless / telecom / network software (with meaningful customer-facing ownership)
What you’ll do
1) Own early-stage discovery + qualification
- Lead initial customer calls to understand the site, requirements, constraints, stakeholders, and success criteria.
- Qualify opportunities (use case fit, urgency, timeline, technical feasibility, buying process).
- Convert ambiguity into a clear evaluation plan with next steps.
2) Lead demos that convert
- Deliver crisp demos of eino’s 3D digital twin, wireless design workflows, and monitoring/insights.
- Tailor demos to industries and environments (warehouses, campuses, venues, municipalities, critical infrastructure).
- Handle technical objections and keep momentum through the buying process.
3) Design and run trials / pilots
- Train users on the platform and drive fast time-to-value.
- Define trial scope, success metrics, and a weekly cadence (what we’ll prove, how we’ll prove it, by when).
- Partner with product/engineering to troubleshoot quickly and ensure trials convert.
4) Customer management + feedback loop
- Run recurring customer calls to learn what’s working, what isn’t, and what they need next.
- Turn feedback into structured product inputs (feature requests, KPI gaps, integrations, workflows).
- Build repeatable assets: discovery guide, demo script, trial checklist, ROI narrative, and objection-handling.
What we’re looking for (must-have)
Senior customer-facing leadership
- 10–15 years of experience across wireless/telecom/network software, with a meaningful portion in customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, solutions architecture, product specialist, technical sales, or similar).
- You can lead conversations end-to-end: discovery → demo → trial → close/expand.
- Executive-ready communication: able to explain complex wireless topics simply and credibly.
Wireless technical credibility
- Hands-on experience designing, operating, or troubleshooting wireless networks.
- Strong understanding of cellular (LTE/5G/CBRS) is a major plus, alongside enterprise Wi-Fi concepts.
- Comfort discussing coverage/capacity tradeoffs, interference, handovers/roaming, telemetry/KPIs, and operational workflows.
Ownership + execution
- You run tight loops: clear plans, crisp next steps, consistent follow-through.
- You’re comfortable being the “glue” across customers, product, and engineering—and driving outcomes.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience at a telecom/wireless vendor, ideally a software vendor (network management, assurance, analytics, planning/design tools).
- Startup experience or a clear track record of operating with minimal process.
- Basic Python for light scripting, integrations, data parsing, or quick automation.
- Familiarity with APIs, logs/telemetry, dashboards, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Experience supporting complex sites (large indoor/outdoor, multi-technology deployments).
Startup mindset
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes initiative and owns outcomes, not tasks.
- Learns fast, iterates, and improves the playbook every week.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and can build structure from scratch.
- Treats customers like partners and brings urgency to solving real problems.
- Communicates clearly, acts with integrity, and raises the bar around them.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- You independently run discovery + demos and consistently progress opportunities.
- You launch multiple trials with clear success metrics and a strong weekly rhythm.
- Trials convert at a healthy rate, with stakeholders aligned and low friction.
- You produce the first scalable assets: demo narrative, qualification checklist, trial guide, ROI story.
Logistics
- Location: On-site in New York
- Travel: Occasional travel to customer sites as needed
- Reports to: CEO
About eino
Today, AI workloads at the edge make networks more critical than ever for enterprises, communities, and governments—creating an urgent need for new connectivity solutions. Yet the way networks are designed, managed, and monitored has barely changed, while everything connected to them has.
With a mission to close this gap, eino is intelligent connectivity—enabling the infrastructure that thinks, adapts, and delivers—in a platform that automates, unifies, and monitors all wireless technologies across any site—indoor and outdoor—through a 3D digital twin. Easy to demo, design, and monitor, the digital twin approach enables customers to see their wireless infrastructure—and its performance—before they invest.
We’re building the shortest path to AI-ready connectivity that lasts.
